Jerome G. Kelsey, 73, Eugene, Oregon, died on Oct. 16, 2012.
Born in Weston to Roy and Margaret Kelsey, he graduated from Weston High School in 1957.
Kelsey graduated from Bowling Green State University with a bachelor of education degree in 1961.
He served in the Army for three years as a medic, spending two years in Germany.
He moved to Eugene, Oregon, in 1970. He retired from a truck supply company in Eugene.
Surviving are a son Joseph, Eugene; one daughter, Jennifer, Salem, Ore.; a brother, Dennis, Toledo; and sister, Rachel Funk, Illinois; and one grandchild, Hannah.
A sister, Gretchen Gould, and brother, Michael, preceded him in death.
Burial arrangements are pending.
