David P. Eaton, age 70, of Pemberville, OH, passed away on Wednesday, January 9, 2013 at the Toledo Hospital, Toledo, OH.
He was born on September 15, 1942 in Erie, PA. His parents were Robert and Twila Eaton and Martha (Hulett) Lumpkin. On August 24, 1963 he married Jeanne Homer in North East, PA, where they resided for over 25 years. In 1982 they moved to Oak Harbor, OH and stayed there until moving to Pemberville, OH in 2007 to be closer to their children.
Dave was a sales representative for 40 years with Pennzoil Company in the North Central region, retiring in 2003. He was then a part owner of MCCS in Oak Harbor OH until his retirement in 2008.
His memberships included: First United Presbyterian Church of Pemberville, American Legion Post #105, North East, PA, VFW Post #8755, Sheffield, PA as well as a member of the North East Jaycees, where he was awarded a JCI Senatorship for the state of PA.
In his spare time he enjoyed hunting, fishing and especially spending time with his family and friends at their cabin in Sheffield PA.
